If you are interested in enhancing your professional skills to become the most competent practitioner possible, the Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) Association of Greater California wants to be your partner. International Real Estate for Local Markets: is a two – day, prerequisite introductory course, in addition of the International Real Estate for Local Markets certificate,

The student will gain an overview of the international real estate business environment including currency issues, investment trends, government regulations and cross-cultural relationships. The practical aspects of international brokerage, networking, marketing and selling will also be discussed.
The CIPS Institute: is a one week course, that concentrates on Europe International Real Estate, Asia/Pacific International Real Estate, Middle East/ Africa International Real Estate, The Americas International Real Estate and Investment & Financial Analysis for International Real Estate.
